Cut Shapes

EPS Polystyrene comes in five grades of density. All our polystyrene is manufactured from virgin bead and no regrind is used in our process. Customers will detail their shape and sizing, then order the most suitable grade for their application, and we cut the polystyrene into the required shape and size

Formflow

Styrobecks Form-Flow board is made from 100% recycled (EPS) Polystyrene. Form-Flow is designed to protect below ground waterproofing membranes which are applied to exterior block work, tilt slabs or concrete panel retaining walls.

Geofoam

Geofoam Lightweight In Ground Fill. Geofoam is a solid block of (EPS) Expanded Polystyrene and is available in a range of densities from 12kg up to 30kg/m3.

Moulded EPS

Our factory specializes in forming (EPS) polystyrene beads which can then be injected into moulds to create formed polystyrene products such as boxes, bins, wunderfloor panels, appliance insulation parts, ducting joint rings and concrete slab insulation pods.

Polystyrene Insulation

Polystyrene (EPS) is a lightweight organic cellular plastic insulation material . This microcellular closed cell construction provides EPS with excellent insulating and shock absorbing characteristics with a high strength to weight ratio.

Void Formers

Styrobeck manufacture cut shape voids in our factories and supply to concrete formers. Applications such as Bridge Hollow Core Beams, concretre structures and specialist area of construction void fill requirements. We also manufacture moulded Raft Floor Pods for Residential Concrete Floor Construction.

Wunderfloor

Wunderfloor – Underfloor Insulation is made by moulding Polystyrene (EPS) flame retardant beads into three panel sizes. Each panel, once installed, achieves an R Value of 1.5. Approximately 12% of internal heat is lost through the floor if uninsulated. By installing Wunderfloor Underfloor Insulation you can keep the cold air out and heat in and warm up your bare floors in winter.
