Stephen Winterbottom – General Manager

Has been with the company for 19 years and started as Operations Manager, changing to his current role when the company was purchased by United Industries in 2008. Stephen has extensive production process, equipment and technical knowledge experience and is responsible for the 35 staff employed by the company.

Geoff Tate – Sales & Marketing Manager

Joined in 2009, after having in excess of 30 years in the NZ Insulation and Building Products Industry, Geoff brings an extensive knowledge of products and systems along with sales and marketing experience.

Rob Steadman – Accountant

Looks after all accountancy procedures and financial reporting, supporting other staff members along with our principal holding company. Rob has been with United Industries for 7 years.

Nick Stansfield – Sales Representative

Has been with the company for 10  years, starting as our Customer Services person. He is now our Sales Representative providing support to our customer base by applying his knowledge for solutions to clients needs.

Fionna Frost – Customer Services

Fionna joined us in  2011 to assist in servicing phone inquiries, along with with looking after key accounts and order processing.  She brings a warm and freindly approach to all customers.

Valerie Aldred – Receptionist/Accounts Admin Auckland

Our Receptionist and Administration person having been with the company for 8 years. Val is an important link for customers and our Sales Team.

Simon Boag – Plant Engineer Auckland

Responsible for all aspects of Plant Maintenance in our production facility at Manukau, Auckland.

Shannon Hohaia – Production Supervisor Cut Shape Auckland

Our team leader for production in our Block Moulding and Cut Shape Factory. He started initially in production and has grown to lead our factory workers in cut shapes. 10 years of service to date.

Steve Hughes- Branch Manager Wellington

Oversees our Wellington Branch operation and supports both production and sales to the Lower North Island and some South Island destinations. Steve has been with the company for 8  years.

Damon Guillemot- Sales Representative Wellington

Came to our company with experience in the building industry distribution.Damon has been with us for 5 years and is  our Sales Representative in the Wellington and the Lower North Island Regions.
